• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health concerns, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions to foster community connection and address prevalent mental health issues.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and effective response.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and thorough documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and learning from shared experiences.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and research, continuously integrating new knowledge into your work.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Strong familiarity with mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and create effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapeutic sessions to a diverse range of clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive client relationships.
• Commitment to professional ethics, sound judgment, and maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and adept in using various computer applications.
• A collaborative team player, eager to contribute to multidisciplinary initiatives.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based therapy practices.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational sessions.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and remote counseling technologies.
