This role is designed for remote work, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. Our team operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for flexibility in scheduling that caters to both therapist and client needs. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, fully supported by our administrative team who will handle insurance credentialing, scheduling, and office logistics.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients of all ages, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Engage in initial comprehensive patient assessments, triaging care based on urgency and client presentation, and ensuring an effective and tailored approach to therapy.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment approaches, and progress notes accurately, contributing to an interdisciplinary care plan discussed in team meetings, fostering collaborative care.
• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, with a focus on achieving individualized service plan goals.
• Provide case management to assigned patients, working alongside community professionals and resources to enhance treatment outcomes and ensure integrated care.
• Maintain ethical standards and deadlines for documentation to uphold the integrity of client records within the department.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Inner Fire Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. The remote nature of our services allows us to extend our reach, ensuring that those in need, regardless of location, have access to quality mental health care.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering therapy.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with relevant advanced clinical training.

• Experience in outpatient settings, managing a caseload and providing therapy across different modalities including CBT and others.
• Knowledge or background in integrative or holistic approaches to mental health care is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
