Paraplanner Position

This is a remote position. Seeking a Paraplanner to be a key member of our team, providing service to our clients, strategic partners, and our consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small group of experienced financial planners and gain experience in collaborative boutique setting serving both HNW and ultra HNW individuals/families. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for new and existing business cases management. In addition, you will play a central role in our data management process (collecting, organizing, exploring, modeling & reporting) as related to case management, financial planning, and investment analysis. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal and external third-party experts that round out a client's professional roster. Finally, delivering outstanding service to build and maintain client loyalty. You will work closely with our team to achieve client, team and individual objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities: The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Prepare client financial statements/documents from client document production(s)
  • Assist planning team in developing client solutions to financial/investment/tax/estate planning opportunities
  • Cash Flow Modeling
  • Portfolio Risk Modeling
  • Assist with creation of business reports in SFDC for case management, goal and revenue tracking
  • Assist in client casework that requires the ability to research, learn and produce a presentation that can be received and understood by a client

Requirements:

  • 7+ years minimum experience as a Paraplanner
  • Undergraduate degree is required
  • Previous experience with RIA preferred
