Lead Financial Strategy and Drive Business Performance

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead pricing strategy and controls to optimize profitability and support business growth
  • Manage commission calculations, approvals, and reporting processes
  • Oversee and develop the Cash Application team, including performance metrics and employee development
  • Partner with treasury and leadership teams to support funding activities, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience with strong pricing and financial analysis expertise within commercial lending
