Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video conferencing, utilizing our user-friendly online platform designed specifically for therapists.
• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive mental health support.
• Engage with clients to provide ongoing education and emotional support as they navigate their mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Document client sessions efficiently and accurately using our integrated systems, with minimal administrative overhead.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT, you will primarily work with stable adult clients experiencing low acuity mental health issues, such as grief, anxiety, and stress. Our screening process ensures that you are matched with clients who are ready to engage in therapeutic work, allowing for effective and meaningful interventions. This role allows you to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and make substantive contributions to their emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid independent license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience
