Your future role at a glance

Location: Remote (Must be located near Indianapolis, IN or St. Louis, MO)

Department: Solutions Accounting

Schedule: Full-Time, Days

Salary: $79,511.52 - $110,511.52 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Financial Analytics & Reporting: Extract internal source data to perform statistical, cost, and operational financial analyses, engineering actionable reports to guide core business decisions.

  • Budgeting & Planning: Facilitate end-to-end budget preparation and strategic financial planning processes across organizational initiatives.

  • Management Consulting: Serve as an internal financial advisor across all leadership levels, providing quantitative decision support for strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures.

  • Systems Integration & Reconciliation: Load final budget spreads into designated financial software systems and execute comprehensive data reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Accounting Fundamentals & Close: Apply robust accounting knowledge to execute month-end close processes, ledger reconciliations, and foundational financial operations.

  • Data Analytics & Communication: Leverage strong analytical skills to manipulate complex data, interpret findings clearly, and deliver insights with executive presence to cross-functional leaders.

  • Educational & Professional Foundation: Bring a strong baseline of technical accounting expertise, supported by a Bachelor's degree (highly preferred).
