Your role will entail a variety of therapeutic and administrative tasks, specifically tailored to foster positive client outcomes:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Providing individualized therapy, family therapy sessions, and group therapy meetings, tailoring interventions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
• Developing and regularly updating personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Actively participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing to holistic treatment planning and client management.
• Engaging in continuous professional development and supervision to refine clinical skills and apply best practices in mental health interventions.

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. This role requires a deep understanding of how these conditions manifest and impact clients’ lives. You will work closely with diverse populations, ensuring culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges each client’s unique background and experiences.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Licensure: You must hold a current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Pre-Employment Conditions: Successful completion of a tuberculosis screening (annual thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks is required. Ongoing monitoring and screenings will be conducted as per legal and organizational policies.
