As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, tailoring therapy approaches that address their unique contexts.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on client objectives, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.
• Assist clients in developing and implementing effective coping strategies while offering guidance on available resources.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment plans as necessary.
• Document sessions and progress notes accurately within our electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and quality of care.
