Job Summary
Village Capital & Investment LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. This position is based in Henderson, NV with remote opportunities for candidates residing in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, or Georgia.
Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from current and potential clients
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on issue resolution
  • Assist customers with basic mortgage needs and aim for one-call resolution
  • Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to support the client's mortgage needs
