• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.
• Complete all required documentation timely and in accordance with regulatory standards to maintain compliance and facilitate effective communication.
• Employ evidence-based assessment tools as part of your clinical practice to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client stability and well-being.
• Engage actively in the clinic’s licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standard of care.
• Develop relationships with state agencies and community partners, enhancing service delivery and promoting client access to resources.
• Maintain open, effective communication with your colleagues and stakeholders to advocate for clients and align with the mission of our clinic.
• Participate in local, state, and national discussions that inform best practices and policy initiatives in mental health.
• Facilitate personal and professional growth by attending conferences and continuing education opportunities.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director that contribute to the operational goals of the organization.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your expertise will be essential in creating individualized care plans that empower clients to achieve their wellness goals, reinforcing their autonomy and independence.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An active and independent LMHC license is mandatory.

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools specific to mental health.
• Participation in prior interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of care is advantageous.
