GoodStarters conducts artfully scripted phone calls to connect and engage with patients, offering them emotional support, resources, and encouragement. By fostering meaningful connections, we aim to inspire positive health behaviors in our patient’s daily lives.

As a GoodStarter at Pleio, you’ll engage in purposeful conversations that require no selling. Your role will be to encourage and support individuals on their path to improved health, providing the human connection they need.

  • Requirements:
  • Must currently reside in the United States and does not reside in one of the following states: WA, ND, OH, WY, CA
  • Strong internet connection (At least 25 Mbps download 10 Mbps upload)
  • Experience with multitasking, able to handle upset customers, able to problem solve and provide timely updates
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting – self-sufficient
  • Capable of following a script verbatim while sounding conversational
  • Active listening skills and great communication
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capable of passing a background check
  • Laptop, Chromebook, or desktop computer running Windows 10 or higher (Macs, Netbooks, Tablets, and Smart Phones are not supported)
  • 2GHz processor, or better
  • Your own USB headset with a microphone that plugs into your computer

  • Must exceed call requirements to guarantee a minimum pay
  • Utilize MS Teams, call center software, and cloud-based software for day-to-day tasks
  • High volume call attempts (Marketing suggestion?)

Preferred Talents and Abilities:

  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience with exceptional phone skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient decision-making skills.
  • Intermediate technical skills, including experience with cloud-based software.
  • High school or equivalent (preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
