The team leads end‑to‑end close and reporting processes, partners closely with FP&A, treasury, and senior leadership, and supports key initiatives including audits, transformation efforts, and strategic growth activities such as M&A. With a strong focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement, they build efficient, future‑ready financial processes that enable better business decisions. How You’ll Contribute   

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Director, Finance Shared Services to manage the firm’s accounting team with a direct reporting line to the Chief Accounting Officer/Global Controller. This role will oversee the monthly close process, support financial reporting and management reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $184,200 to $230,300. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
