Our solutions drive breakthroughs in AI & HPC workloads, empowering our customers to push the boundaries of innovation. We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking team of architects, engineers, and business professionals with a proven track record of building successful products and companies. As a global organization, our team spans multiple U.S. states and six countries, and we continue to expand with exceptional talent in onsite, hybrid, and fully remote roles.

At Cornelis Networks, the ability to effectively execute internal cross-functional development programs is essential to delivering industry-leading, purpose-built interconnect solutions to our ecosystem partners and customers.  To expand and strengthen this critical capability, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with deep technical experience, strong organizational and communications skills, and a track record of driving high-performing cross-functional teams to execute complex networking development programs from concept through delivery.

As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive cross-functional teams comprising project management; architecture; ASIC, platform, and software engineering; system validation; performance benchmarking; technical communications and support; and manufacturing operations to drive delivery of high-performance, scalable networking solutions on time and within budget.  You will be accountable for driving execution across multiple programs, managing risks, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end execution of networking product programs, ensuring delivery milestones and technical goals are met.
  • Collaborating with program managers and engineering leads to define project plans, resource needs, and technical dependencies.
  • Establishing and managing program timelines, budgets, and reporting structures across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Driving issue resolution and proactively managing program risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitating regular program reviews with stakeholders including engineering, product management, manufacturing operations, and executive leadership.
  • Promoting and implementing best practices for product lifecycle management, agile execution, and release planning.
  • Providing mentorship and direction to a cross-functional team of project/program managers and engineering leads.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on complex system-level products (e.g., processors, servers, networking products) comprising ASICs, platforms, firmware, and software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, hardware/software integration, and product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and project management methodologies such as PMBOK, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing (HPC), and/or Data Analytics environments.
  • Background in networking, hardware, and/or software development.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.

Location: This is a remote position for employees residing within the United States.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes equity, cash, and incentives, along with health and retirement benefits. Our dynamic, flexible work environment provides the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most influential names in the semiconductor industry.
