The Program Manageris responsibleformanaging programs within the RNA Business unit.

This positionreports to the Vice President and General Manager, mRNA CDMO andis part of themRNA program Management TeamlocatedinFargo, NDand will befully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Program and Project Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery ofstandardized programsand projects across client accounts, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, effectively managing conflict and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Internal Team Alignment and Development: Serve as the primary liaison for internal project teams, mentoring team members and ensure high-quality client service.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Governance: Maintain program governance structures, track project metrics, forecast capacity, and provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support Business Growth and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal development, contract renewals, and account strategy, while leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement and organizational growth

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • B.S. or B.A. required. Advanced degree in scientific field strongly preferred (e.g. molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry)
  • Prefer 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, within the life sciences, with preference for 3+ years in a CDMO environment
  • Experience managing projects and contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology-driven related field required
  • mRNA LNP Drug Product experience and industry understanding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel - 25% of the time, On-site Fargo, ND location or client location visits

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
