Job description

Overview

The Finance Manager will serve as the primary finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment, supporting leaders responsible for developing, launching, and scaling digital products and services.

This role requires an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented finance leader who can move beyond forecasting and reporting to help shape business decisions, evaluate new product opportunities and identify performance issues.

The position sits within the CFO FP&A organization and reports to the Director of FP&A supporting the business segments.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the finance business partner for the Digital business, providing decision support to product development, sales, implementation, and operational leaders focused on growing digital products.
  • Build and maintain financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and performance dashboards to evaluate current business trends, growth opportunities, and key business risks.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, operating planning, initiative tracking, management reporting, and variance analysis for the Digital business and IPT segment as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product initiatives, monitor business performance, product/customer opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Support monthly and quarterly management reporting, including commentary on performance drivers, outlook, risks, and actions.
  • Support development of financial materials for earnings releases, Board meetings, and other executive reviews as needed.
  • Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis
  • Primary finance support for the Digital business, with potential coordination across related segment reporting and FP&A activities as needed.

Pay range depending on experience: $119,700-$149,700, plus bonus potential 

Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to helping grow the business
  • Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across product, sales, commercial, operations, accounting, and finance teams
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, ability to leverage AI-enabled tools for Financial modeling, strong analytical skills with the ability to make fact-based decisions in a timely manner
  • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready communications
  • Organized, flexible, high standards of accuracy, precision, and integrity and able to adapt to changing priorities in a growth-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work closely with team members
  • Hyperion/PBCS experience helpful but not required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented finance experience supporting payments, SaaS, fintech, digital products, software, or other high-growth technology-enabled businesses
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business partnering roles
  • Demonstrated experience building financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, performance reporting, and investment return analyses
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, improve performance, and support data-driven decision-making
  • MBA preferred but not required
