Senior Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting - Remote
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:
• Prepare and support SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Research and document technical accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Draft accounting memos for complex transactions and business events
• Support implementation of new accounting standards and policy updates
• Coordinate with external auditors on financial reporting and technical accounting matters

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:
• Active CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of combined public accounting and industry accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP
