• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions aimed at guiding clients on their path to improved mental health, utilizing techniques that promote self-discovery and healing.

• Collaborate with clients to set and attain significant personal development goals that align with their mental health journey.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this position.
• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.
• A strong background with at least 2 years of experience in therapeutic settings, specializing in the development and execution of customized treatment plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for establishing rapport and trust with clients in a virtual workspace.
• Familiarity with online therapy tools and techniques that enhance remote client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally competent care practices is highly valued.
• Previous involvement in telehealth or remote therapy practices is advantageous.
