Rediscovering You, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a fully remote position. Work Environment

As a member of our remote team, you will be working in a fully digital environment, which not only allows flexibility in your work schedule, but also ensures you can cater to a wider array of clients outside geographic constraints. Our outpatient office setting embraces a forward-thinking approach to therapy, utilizing advanced online therapy platforms to facilitate effective communication and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure and user-friendly online platforms to support clients in their mental health journey.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment for clients to comfortably share their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify their personal goals, working alongside them to develop actionable steps towards achieving these objectives.
• Develop tailored treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices to address each client's unique circumstances and mental health challenges.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client progress and treatment plans effectively, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attendance at workshops, training sessions, or conferences focused on emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clinical practice will cater primarily to individuals seeking mental health support, including but not limited to adolescents and adults facing common issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will work with a diverse client base, understanding that every person brings a unique set of experiences, worldviews, and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this role.
• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of experience in clinical therapy, demonstrating proficiency in forming therapeutic relationships and crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish trust and rapport in a virtual setting.
• Comfort with utilizing digital tools for therapy sessions and administration, including familiarity with EHR systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse range of populations, particularly those from varied cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge of modern therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency in managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
