Rediscovering You, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while providing therapy to clients in an outpatient setting. Therapists will have access to various digital platforms and tools to conduct effective virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in navigating their mental health challenges.
• Create a welcoming and safe environment for clients to disclose their thoughts and feelings, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and establish meaningful goals, aiding them in achieving personal growth milestones.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique psychological needs of each client.
• Utilize clinical assessments and relevant therapeutic techniques, adapting approaches based on the evolving needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Rediscovering You, LLC focuses on diverse client populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a therapist, you will tailor your approach to meet the needs of each unique client, offering an empathetic and culturally competent treatment experience that enhances their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active “independent” licensure in Virginia (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in individual and group therapy, with a focus on developing personalized treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate effective interactions in a virtual environment, enhancing client engagement.
• Proficient in the use of online therapy tools and platforms to deliver high-quality mental health services.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits
