What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer-service or sales calls (inbound and outbound).
  • Follow detailed scripts and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues using empathy, accuracy, and strong communication.

What You’ll Need

  • Clear English communication (bilingual preferred, additional pay)
  • 2-monitor setup, minimum 1080p resolution each
  • Hard-wired Ethernet connection
