This is a true entrepreneurial role — you control your schedule, your income, and your ceiling. There are no quotas to chase and no commission caps to hit. What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
  
• Present and sell term, whole, and universal life insurance products from top-rated carriers.
  
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and client follow-up.
  
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
  
• Optional: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of your own agents and earn overrides on their production.

Compensation Details

• Commission-only, independent contractor (1099).
