Position Summary
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting operational excellence, facility standards, and brand compliance across XpresSpa and XpresCheck locations. This role serves as a field-based operational resource focused on ensuring locations consistently deliver a high-quality customer and patient experience through effective execution of operational initiatives, maintenance of physical environments, adherence to brand standards, and compliance with company requirements.
The Operations Specialist partners closely with Operations, Facilities, Marketing, Compliance, and local site leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate corrective actions, support implementation initiatives, and ensure locations remain operationally sound, visually appealing, and brand compliant.
