Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce safety standards on the job site, setting clear expectations for safe work practices.
  • Develop and maintain a look-ahead schedule while tracking overall progress.
  • Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Analyze and oversee labor productivity and quantities.
  • Prepare and update daily logs and periodic reports.
  • Verify that all work complies with drawings, specifications and established quality requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities.
  • Support and mentor field engineers.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret Contract Documents.
Qualifications
  • Applicants shall have extensive (10+ years) field experience in water and wastewater construction. This role requires mobility and willingness to travel or relocate.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all Project Stakeholders.
