Due to our continued growth, we are hiring a Participant Recruitment Analyst at Wake Research, an M3 company. This is a remote position.

Job Description

The Participant Recruitment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing medical records to evaluate potential outreach and recruitment opportunities for upcoming clinical trials at M3 Wake Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical record documentation requirements and coding guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Review electronic and paper medical records to assess trial eligibility and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and screening calls to determine participant eligibility and schedule onsite visits
  • Perform medical record abstraction and data collection activities
  • Use electronic recruitment workflows to track enrollment, maintain study records, and coordinate across research sites
  • Track project statuses and report enrollment metrics
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FDA, GCP, IRB guidelines, and M3 Wake Research SOPs
  • Review clinical trial protocols, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and study requirements
  • Collaborate with Clinical Affairs on community partner communications and recruitment support
  • Attend team meetings and participate in community outreach efforts as assigned
  • Maintain regular attendance, participate in video conferences with camera on, and comply with Company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI)
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience at a clinical research site, CRO, Sponsor, or participant recruitment vendor.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a job-related field, or a combination of academic, professional, or work experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Experience with medical record data abstraction into a proprietary medical record review data collection application.
  • MA, EMT, LVN/LPN, or RN certification or licensure, or similar certification, preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
