Job description

The Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator provides administrative and practical support to patients participating in the third-party program, preparing them for treatment by providing information regarding each clinical aspect of the treatment cycle, as determined by physician.  The Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator works in a collaborative relationship with physicians, the care team and the clinical department, as well as with other departments and employees.

This is a fully remote position. 

What the role entails: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, ovum donors, and gestational carriers from initial consultation through treatment start.
  • Provide information on treatment cycles, including IVF, donor cycles, gestational carriers, and other third-party reproductive options.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and clinic protocols.
  • Review patient records, coordinate necessary tests, and track pre-cycle requirements.
  • Assist with consents, documentation, and communication with external agencies.
  • Support outside physicians using the clinic’s services.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and marketing efforts.
  • Cross-train and provide coverage as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned, within the scope of practice.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a Third Party Coordinator strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in IVF preferred
