Precision Lumping Services is hiring an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume warehouse staffing across multiple states.

This is not a corporate HR role.

We are looking for someone who understands fast-paced warehouse recruiting, production environments, and the urgency required to fill positions quickly with reliable workers.

?? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Full-cycle recruiting for:

    • Container unloaders (production-based)

    • Air & Ground Pickers

    • Forklift / Reach / Cherry Picker operators

    • Selectors

    • Loaders / Shippers

    • Mod workers

  • Contacting applicants within minutes of applying

  • Conducting structured phone screens

  • Scheduling interviews within 24 hours

  • Reducing no-shows through follow-up systems

  • Confirming attendance before Day 1

  • Tracking hiring metrics per building

  • Attending leadership meetings (virtual)

  • Communicating daily with building managers

  • Building a workforce — not just filling seats
