DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is building a Rapid Response Team to support short-term, mission-critical contracts across federal agencies. These surge assignments are fast-moving, high-impact, and require cleared professionals who can step in and deliver immediate results.

What You'll Do
  • Deploy on short-term (12 weeks to 6 months) federal contracts to support urgent ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, SAM, or custom solutions).
  • Support system design, integration, and migration in secure/air-gapped environments.
  • Collaborate with DVS and government stakeholders to deliver on-time, high-quality results.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure smooth handoffs at the end of assignments.

Who We're Looking For
  • Active Secret or higher clearance
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience as a Developer, Engineer, Architect, or Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of secure environments, including cloud, on-prem, or hybrid deployments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Previous federal or DoD contract experience a plus.
