The role is structured around a remote work setting, enabling you to connect with clients through our user-friendly telehealth platforms. Although this position allows for flexible working conditions, you’ll meet regularly with a supportive team of mental health professionals who share a commitment to empowering clients and promoting therapeutic effectiveness. Directly involved in outpatient sessions, you'll also have access to continuous professional development and support.

• Build positive relationships with clients by establishing trust and rapport.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and couple therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and refer clients to additional specialists when needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as part of a holistic treatment model, focusing on stability and long-term wellness.

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic methods, with a strong foundation in addiction counseling preferred.
• Knowledge and application of evidence-based practices focusing on co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the care team.

• Experience with diverse populations and culturally competent practices in therapy.
• Hands-on experience using teletherapy platforms and navigating remote client engagement.
• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques or methodologies is a plus.
