• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their needs.
• Design and implement customized therapy programs using techniques grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions while fostering therapeutic connections.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in our practice to coordinate patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Educate and involve families in the therapeutic process, providing them with the tools and support they need to contribute positively to their loved ones' recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that vital information regarding treatment progress and assessment is accurately documented.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions for ongoing professional development and to stay current on best practices in mental health therapy.

• Valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and emotional struggles.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that you meet both clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Experience in an outpatient setting working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with the latest research in mental health therapy.
• Previous involvement in case management or collaborative treatment planning is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.
