• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health statuses and their specific needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adults, leveraging your expertise to foster breakthroughs and facilitate healing among your clients.
• Use teletherapy systems to deliver engaging and impactful virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations by offering timely interventions and support as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain up-to-date with emerging best practices in mental health care, enhancing your efficacy as a counselor.

You will engage with a diverse group of clients facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our therapist's efforts are pivotal in creating meaningful therapeutic experiences that drive positive patient outcomes, enabling individuals to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and enhance overall mental well-being.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for maintaining effective case loads.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy services is highly preferred.

• Background in crisis intervention techniques and resources.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
