• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals of clients, utilizing various evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions primarily for adult clients through teletherapy, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and engaging atmosphere for therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating a calm and professional response to acute situations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of the latest mental health best practices, theories, and treatment modalities.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Fairway Care, you will work with a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the therapeutic team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to manage a caseload effectively while meeting deadlines.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, although we offer training for those new to this format.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A track record of successful client relationships and positive patient outcomes in therapeutic settings.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload management and client engagement.
