Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you are expected to perform the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status and needs of clients.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities based on personal expertise and client needs.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions via teletherapy methods, ensuring accessibility for clients regardless of their circumstances.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to stay updated with the latest clinical practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base comprises individuals facing various mental health challenges, seeking assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. You will work within a supportive team environment, where therapist caseloads are carefully managed to ensure quality care and effective client relationships.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, facilitating the delivery of high-quality therapy in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience
