Customer Service Representative Lenexa, KS | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | $23ph. LHH is partnering with a well-established Kansas City financial institution company who is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing organization within the payment processing and financial technology industry. This position offers strong career advancement opportunities, comprehensive training, and the chance to build a long-term career with an organization that promotes from within. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding payment processing services and account support.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct outbound customer service follow-up and compliance-related outreach.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Navigate multiple systems while managing customer requests efficiently.
  • Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in customer service, support, banking, retail, hospitality, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
