- Bilingual Spanish or Creole Licensed Agents: $23.00 per hour.
- Performance-based bonuses available.
- 100% remote work arrangement.

- Temporary assignment through December 2026.
- Upcoming training class is scheduled for September 10.
- Training schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
- Attendance during training is mandatory, and no time off will be approved during training.
- Work schedules fall within operating hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
- Schedules are assigned based on business needs, and weekly schedule changes should be expected.
- Candidates cannot select their shift.
- During peak Open Enrollment, occasional hours beyond 9:00 PM may be required.
