Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' individual mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Deliver therapeutic services through secure online platforms while utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client’s goals and preferences.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with clients, establishing therapeutic goals, providing regular feedback, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress, share best practices, and foster a collaborative therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms for client interactions.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, enhancing treatment adaptability.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations, including culturally underrepresented groups, to ensure inclusive practices in therapy provision.
