Job Title: Senior Network Cloud Engineer
Location: Remote - US
Employment Type: Contract (3-6 Months)
Pay Range: $80/hr - $90/hr
- Role Overview/Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate directly with Client customers to establish, validate, and support site-to-site VPN connectivity
  • Configure and manage AWS-side networking components including Virtual Private Gateways (VGW) and Transit Gateway (TGW) attachments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues across VPN tunnels, BGP peering, routing tables, security groups, and prefix lists
  • Support hybrid network architectures including MPLS, AWS Direct Connect, SD-WAN, and multi-homed VPN designs
  • Partner with the PSL Network Team to execute customer-side coordination and ensure alignment with network standards
  • Collaborate with ProServe pre-migration teams to validate network readiness and support migration wave planning and execution

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in network engineering, with exposure to cloud or hybrid environments
  • Strong understanding of VPN technologies (IPSec), BGP routing, and TCP/IP networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with AWS networking services (VPCs, VGW, TGW, routing tables, security constructs)
  • Experience troubleshooting complex connectivity issues across multiple network layers
  • Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions including MPLS, Direct Connect, and SD-WAN

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cloud migration or data center exit initiatives
  • Knowledge of multi-region or multi-account AWS networking architectures
  • Exposure to firewall policies, network segmentation, and security best practices
  • AWS certification (Solutions Architect Associate or Advanced Networking Specialty)
