This position is fully remote, leveraging technology to ensure impactful therapy sessions can be conducted from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to assess each patient's history and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at facilitating recovery and building resilience in patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide patients through their trauma recovery.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a space for patients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and engage in supportive peer interactions.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment and care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, helping patients navigate trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge for their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality while tracking patient progress.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices among peers.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in trauma therapy and research to continually improve care provided.

Our center primarily serves adults affected by trauma, including those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As a key member of our team, you will make significant contributions to the healing journeys of individuals navigating their mental health challenges, providing them with crucial support tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• A strong grounding in trauma-informed treatment models and experience with resilience-building techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills characterized by a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with applicable software for remote counseling.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is strongly preferred, honing your skills with trauma-focused methodologies and therapies.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-specific therapies, showcasing a thorough understanding of trauma-related disorders.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
