This is a hands-on, operational Finance Business Partner role supporting a diverse and fast-paced region. Working closely with operational, commercial and functional leaders, you'll provide end-to-end financial support across all aspects of the business, helping to drive performance, manage risk, and support informed decision-making. What you'll do:

  • Partner with Operations, Project Managers and business leaders to provide financial insight, challenge decision-making and drive commercial performance.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting activities, delivering clear analysis of financial results, key trends and performance drivers.

  • Provide project-level financial visibility, supporting pricing, project extensions and other strategic commercial decisions to maximise profitability.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance financial performance across multiple countries and projects.

  • Support operational finance activities, including supplier payment escalations, tax and compliance matters, import/export finance issues, and collaboration with our outsourced finance partner, Wipro.

You are:

  • An experienced Finance professional with a strong background in operational finance, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis.

  • Skilled at partnering with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, operational leaders and project teams, to provide commercial insight and influence decision-making.

  • Comfortable working across multiple countries and complex business environments, ideally with experience supporting operations across Africa or other emerging markets.

  • Experienced in working with outsourced finance providers and shared service models, building effective relationships to deliver high-quality financial support.

  • Knowledgeable in financial governance, controls and compliance, with a focus on maintaining strong financial discipline and managing risk.

  • Able to balance multiple priorities, manage competing demands and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership, drives issues through to resolution and identifies opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Comfortable operating in environments where processes are evolving and business needs are constantly changing.

  • A strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work across functions and levels of the organisation.

  • Hands-on, adaptable and resilient, with a commercial mindset and a willingness to step beyond a defined remit to support the wider business.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

  • Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities

  • Safety-focused culture
