Fiduciary Trust International is hiring a Custody Administration and Reporting Supervisor to join our Saint Petersburg, FL office. This role will report directly to the Head of Investor Services and is responsible for administrative oversight of the Data Analysis team while providing support to the Director of investor Services to drive strategic and tactical initiatives across diverse services performed within the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee a small team of Data Analysis professionals with varying levels of experience through coaching and development and performance management.
  • Oversee functions performed by the Data Analysis team including customized financial reporting tasks for HNW clients, collaborating with various client service teams, operations, and other departments to facilitate solutions and assistance wherever needed.
  • Oversee maintenance and support of outbound data file services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all activities related to customized financial reporting tasks performed by the Data Analysis Team.
  • Work directly with the Head of Investor Services to provide fluid management reporting to monitor the broader investor services business including sales activities including tracking of new and lost business, and profitability.
  • Assist leadership team to monitor, evaluate, and identify gaps in processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of activities and tasks across the broader Investor Services Department.
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure all outstanding items are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain business workflows and procedures in a central repository.
  • Assist with projects and initiatives involving gathering and presenting key metrics and data in or to drive business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience in financial reporting within the financial services industry.
  • Comprehensive background and understanding of front, middle, and back-office processes.
  • 5-8 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of business desktop applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
