Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships, while upholding professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, discuss stability, and determine timing for discharge when clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Perform initial intake assessments for new clients to determine their specific needs and align them with appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges and promote positive coping strategies.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, review case progress, and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to create cohesive treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

Our client population encompasses individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. You will work with adults, children, and families who are seeking services for a wide range of psychological challenges, mental health conditions, and emotional distress. Your expertise will help guide them towards healing and personal growth in a secure and nurturing environment.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools, including experience using Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and specific software like Pimsy for client management and documentation.

• Prior experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in performing comprehensive intake assessments to effectively connect clients with the appropriate care.

This LPC position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees payment rates ahead of collections, alleviating wait times for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
