Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships, while upholding professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, discuss stability, and determine timing for discharge when clinically appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Perform initial intake assessments for new clients to determine their specific needs and align them with appropriate therapeutic strategies.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges and promote positive coping strategies.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, review case progress, and receive constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to create cohesive treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
