• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients seeking mental health services, formulating personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address an array of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, ensuring all documentation adheres to legal and ethical standards while documenting session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, to create integrated treatment plans and strategies for comprehensive care.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing immediate emotional and behavioral issues and implementing appropriate strategies to stabilize clients in distress.
• Consult with family members and support systems to facilitate effective treatment outcomes and comprehensive discharge planning, ensuring that clients have the necessary resources and support for ongoing recovery.

In this position, you will primarily engage with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from minor to severe. Our client demographic is diverse, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Your empathic approach and understanding of each client’s unique situation will be crucial in building trust and rapport, ultimately leading to improved therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) is required.
• An active state license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting is mandatory.
• Proficient computer skills are required, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual communication platforms.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, display strong organizational skills, and manage a caseload in a self-directed manner.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services will be advantageous as our clinic continues to expand its virtual offerings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based interventions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and utilizing culturally competent approaches in treatment may set candidates apart.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary structure, our benefits package includes:
