Directions Counseling Center, LLC is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team remotely. This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of a collaborative team. You will utilize telehealth platforms to engage with clients, ensuring they receive the continuity of care they need. Our virtual team meetings foster open communication, collaboration, and coordination with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that you are supported in your role.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and educational sessions focused on emotional and behavioral health.
• Serve as a point of contact for families and support systems, providing consultation and coordination regarding clients’ treatment and discharge plans.
• Communicate regularly with medical professionals to report and address any progress, needs, or concerns regarding client care.

You will primarily work with individuals facing substance use challenges who are seeking detoxification support. This role requires a profound commitment to equity and compassion, as you will engage with clients who come from diverse backgrounds and may experience stigma. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively will be instrumental in instilling hope and guiding clients toward recovery and stability.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, specifically working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders.
• Proficient computer skills, including a high degree of competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, self-directed work habits, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining focus on client outcomes.

• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology, especially in delivering mental health services remotely.
• Knowledge of community resources and the ability to connect clients with additional support services.

The compensation for this position ranges between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, in addition to a robust benefits package including:
