• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop effective, customized treatment plans aligned with their goals and challenges.
• Implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to ensure clients receive the most effective interventions.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments during acute situations, creating safety plans to address immediate client needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and state laws, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all client records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that holistically addresses the physical and mental health needs of our clients.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources and support services tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Participate actively in ongoing training, case reviews, and team meetings to enhance personal professional development and contribute to organizational best practices.

You will primarily engage with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges linked to social and developmental issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is highly preferred.
• An active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in mental health settings.
• Proficient understanding of clinical terminology and mental health standards.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage extensive chart documentation efficiently.
• Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and relevant practice management software.

• Experience working with youth in various settings, including schools and community organizations.
• Adeptness in applying diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services available to the client population.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or the use of digital health technologies to facilitate client sessions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
