Responsibilities:
Are you driven by building strong customer relationships and closing impactful deals?
Join our Sales Team as a Commercial Account Manager and help bridge the gap between SMB and Enterprise by growing mid-market customers into long-term, scalable partnerships.
• Drive New ARR & ARR growth and expansion across your customer portfolio
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand small deployments into broader platform usage
• Lead demos, scoping, and workshops for more complex deals
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactively manage customer needs and prevent churn
• Turn customer inquiries into commercial opportunities
• Apply value-selling and challenge customer assumptions to create urgency
• Tailor solutions based on business needs, industry trends, and economic exposure
• Convert single-use-case customers into multi-use-case adopters
• Use partner networks to extend reach and generate pipeline
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and SE teams for customer success

Requirements:
