As we continue to invest in events as a core growth lever, we're hiring a Marketing Events Manager to own and elevate our event program into a world-class, revenue-driving engine. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product - responsible for delivering experiences that not only represent the Momentus brand, but also generate measurable business impact. 

The Marketing Events Manager owns the full lifecycle of the Momentus event program -from strategy and planning through execution and post-event analysis. 


This is not just an execution role. You will act as the architect and operator of our event strategy, ensuring every experience is intentional, high-impact, and tightly aligned to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll combine strong strategic thinking with flawless execution, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver events that are both operationally excellent and commercially effective. 


Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall event calendar, program vision, and strategy aligned to GTM priorities and business goals  
  • Position events as a core driver of pipeline, customer engagement, and brand  
  • Define clear success metrics for each event and the broader portfolio  
  • Track performance, measure ROI, and provide insights to optimize future investments  
  • Lead planning and execution for Tier 1 events, executive engagements, and high-impact brand activations  
  • Ensure every event delivers a consistent, premium, and differentiated Momentus experience  
  • Partner with Demand Gen to build and execute integrated promotion plans across email, paid, social, and content  
  • Ensure strong pre-event pipeline creation and post-event follow-up  
  • Allocate budget based on strategic priorities and expected ROI  
  • Own end-to-end financial management including POs, vendor payments, and reconciliation  
  • Manage all event logistics including AV, signage, catering, staffing, setup, and on-site execution  
  • Own vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management  
  • Ensure accurate lead capture and tracking  
  • Monitor lead progression through the funnel and partner with Sales on follow-up and conversion  
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to ensure messaging and experience align with core value propositions   
  • Shape and evolve the Momentus event experience and identity  
  • Travel 8-10 times a year to be onsite at Events

Requirements

  •  3+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events across formats and scales  
  • Experience defining goals, measuring performance, and reporting on event ROI  
  • Understands how events connect to pipeline and revenue outcomes  
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and deliver under tight timelines  
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders  
  • Ability to align teams around a shared event strategy  
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and external partners  
  • Comfortable balancing cost, quality, and impact
