External Territory Available: Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida Pan Handle (Must Reside in Territory)
- Work collaboratively with Internal Sales Consultant to maximize territory sales efforts and attain sales goals
- Analyzes marketplace and develops target lists for potential client's in assigned region and prioritize according to potential
- Partner with Internal Sales Consultant to build and manage relationships within territory, which includes, generation of leads, customer service and efficient follow up while fostering a positive image of AAM
- Collaboration with other sales departments within various product areas to provide clients with product accessibility while allowing AAM to capitalize on all available sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plan that aligns with division sales plan and allows for the meeting of goals and objectives of clients, territory, and Firm
- Profile clients to obtain information that will assist the client in reaching stated objectives
- Maintain heavy travel schedule within territory to conduct client meetings and presentations
- Attend industry conferences and regional events to generate additional interest in AAM’s products
- Maintain current knowledge of all markets and AAM analytics and market commentaries
- Representing AAM and our products to advisors knowledgeably and effectively so that advisors can clearly identify the benefits of the products relative to its competitors
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial services advice consistent with the client objectives
- Enters and maintains data in contact management system to properly track all sales efforts, client contacts and any other necessary information
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- In depth knowledge of Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Accounts

- Proven experience working collaboratively, improving productivity, and implementing ideas
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Internet and contact management systems
- 5- 9 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Required Certifications: FINRA Series 7 amp; 66
