Are you an experienced IT leader looking to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment? We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Manager to oversee the strategic direction, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and daily operations of our technology environment.

About the Role: This is a leadership role focused on IT Operations—not software development. You will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant technology services across multiple facilities, supporting business-critical systems and leading technology initiatives. You will supervise an IT Support Specialist, collaborate with executives and third-party partners, and act as the primary technology leader in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements

Oversee network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and end-user support

Supervise and mentor IT staff while coordinating with external technology partners and vendors

Manage IT budgets, purchases, and vendor contracts

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards

Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and security programs

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

8-12 years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or senior technical role

Strong experience with infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and vendor management
