Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects. This individual will work closely with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the full lifecycle of technology projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate efforts between clients, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive projects to successful completion while meeting budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership and customers.
  • Forecast project revenue and costs while maintaining financial accountability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives and successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of project management experience, including ownership of complex technology initiatives.
  • 5-7+ years working within technology services, infrastructure, deployment, or related IT environments.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration/document management platforms.
