About the Role
Join our dynamic Life Science Center of Excellence (LSCOE) team as a Supervisor! In this virtual position, you'll lead a team of up to five project members, driving high-level projects that range from exciting national sales meetings to impactful product launches. You'll be hands-on, kicking off projects and supporting your team to ensure everything runs smoothly. A bit of travel (about 25-50%) will keep things fresh and exciting!

You're Good At

  • Leading and inspiring a team while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Managing large-scale projects with precision, from planning to execution. The person in this role must have at least 5 years of experience in a lead planner capacity for large scale National Sales Meetings, Product Launches and C-Suite events within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
  • Leveraging event technology, especially Cvent, for seamless project delivery
  • Solving problems creatively and proactively for any challenges that arise

  • Experience in training and mentoring team members
  • A background in the pharmaceutical industry or event management
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor, Meetings and Events (Life Sciences) is between $67,000 - $95,000.
