The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales growth across Pellera's solution areas. Working closely with Marketing leadership and sales teams, this role brings marketing strategies to life through campaigns, events, content, and sales enablement activities.

The Marketing Manager will contribute ideas and market insights that help shape strategy while primarily focusing on flawless execution and measurable business outcomes.

Essential Functions:
  • Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and programs aligned to company priorities, solution areas, and regional growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to support annual and quarterly marketing initiatives.
  • Translate technical products, services, and solutions into compelling customer-centric messaging that addresses business challenges and outcomes.
  • Develop campaign assets, content, communications, and event execution plans that support demand generation and customer engagement goals.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders and practice teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and revenue objectives.
  • Create and deliver marketing resources, messaging, and enablement materials that help sellers engage prospects and advance opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of target customers, key accounts, industries, and market trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including webinars, digital campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
  • Manage program logistics, timelines, approvals, budgets, and performance tracking.

Physical Requirements:
  • Travel to marketing events as requested/required. Less than 10%.
