You will work in a fully remote setting, utilizing teletherapy platforms to connect with clients. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health conditions and needs.

This role primarily focuses on adult clients, encompassing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship challenges. Your expertise will assist each individual in navigating their unique mental health journeys and achieving their personal growth objectives.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to handle a dynamic caseload efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, experience with an array of therapeutic modalities or specific populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques will also be advantageous, allowing for seamless service delivery in a virtual environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Alongside monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
