The Marketing Specialist will coordinate projects from ideation through production, customization, launch and reporting. This role will support marketing needs across regions and business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and versatile marketer who can manage multiple initiatives, develop and adapt content, collaborate with internal partners and create consistency across a complex national organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Regional Marketing Managers to execute marketing campaigns and business-development initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Develop first drafts and adapt approved messaging for email, social media, presentations, landing pages, events and sales materials
  • Customize existing campaigns and assets for specific regions, audiences and sales teams
  • Coordinate with creative teams, marketing operations, and other internal partners
  • Support event marketing, including invitations, promotional materials, presentations and follow-up communications
  • Review deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, formatting, links and required disclosures
  • Compile campaign performance data and assist with post-campaign reporting and summaries
  • Identify recurring requests and recommend opportunities to create reusable templates, toolkits or standardized processes
  • Provide flexible support based on business priorities, deadlines and team capacity
  • Help improve consistency, efficiency and collaboration across regional marketing initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign execution or project management
  • Strong writing, editing and content-development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across email, social media, digital, events or sales enablement

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
