As a Remote LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and evaluate the mental health status of students, identifying their unique challenges and strengths.
• Provide evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to treat various mental health conditions.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and appropriate interventions tailored to diverse client needs.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, school psychologists, and external healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to student care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and create safety planning strategies for at-risk students as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our practice management software to ensure timely reporting.
• Facilitate group sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups aimed at increasing community awareness and student engagement.

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents, who may be facing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress from academic pressures, and trauma-related disorders. By providing personalized therapy and advocacy, you will empower students to overcome obstacles and foster a supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health services, preferably within an outpatient or school setting.
